Larger changes like new pages, redesigned sections, or fresh feature builds are quoted separately. The line is intentionally clear so there are no surprises.

What happens if my site goes down?

Uptime is monitored continuously. If your site goes down, we are alerted immediately and begin investigating before you even notice. For plans with priority support, you also receive a direct notification and a faster response window. Backups mean we can restore a clean copy quickly if something goes seriously wrong.

Do I need a care plan if my site was not built by Jaly Web Studio?

Yes — care plans are available for sites we did not originally build, provided the codebase is something we can work with. We do a quick technical review first to make sure we can support it properly. If significant cleanup is needed before we can take it on, we will tell you upfront.
